Our Mission
Supporting education through sustainable change in poor rural communities of Ghana
Meet Our Founder
Father Rudy Alumam
During high school, Father Rudy was greatly inspired by the lives and ministry of his parish missionaries and priest teachers. After becoming ordained as a priest for a diocese in Ghana, he served as a high school chaplain and teacher. Upon completing his graduate studies at Cal State East Bay and the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, he served as a formator and teacher at a seminary in Ghana. Father Rudy is currently the Parochial Vicar at Holy Family Catholic Church in Orange County, CA.
He is passionate about education and founded The Maalgo Project to ensure education is accessible for all children.
